Margin Rivou login and account access: a quick guide

How signing in works, what to do if you're locked out, and where your account details live.

Signing in to Margin Rivou takes an email address and password, plus two-factor confirmation if it's enabled โ€” which we recommend for every account. There's no separate app to download; the platform runs fully in your browser on desktop or mobile.

If a login attempt fails, the most common causes are a mistyped password, an expired session, or two-factor codes not arriving in time. The reset flow is available directly from the sign-in screen and takes a couple of minutes.

Account access is tied to your verified identity, so a new device or unusual location may trigger an extra confirmation step. That's expected behaviour, not an error โ€” it's part of how your balance stays protected.

Getting back in after a lockout

Use the password reset link on the sign-in page; a confirmation email arrives within a few minutes. If two-factor codes aren't arriving, check the backup method set during onboarding.

Keeping your account secure

Enable two-factor authentication, use a unique password, and never share a one-time code with anyone claiming to be support.

If you still can't get in

Contact support directly with your registered email; they can verify your identity and restore access without needing your password.

Where to find account details afterward

Once signed in, your balance, positions and withdrawal history all live on the main dashboard โ€” nothing is hidden behind a separate screen.

Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of some or all of the capital you invest. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may get back less than you originally put in. Never invest money you cannot afford to lose.
